Mike McCreadie, Managing Director

Mike has been in the advertising, branding and event business since 1994, he founded Twenty Six Degrees South in 2000 & has been an integral part of developing the business from a modest outdoor advertising company to the advertising, sponsorship, event & branding business it is today. Mike has been involved in the activations & project management aspects of major events like the Confederations Cup & World Cup Stadium Branding as well as events like the Comrades Marathon, IPL Cricket, ICC Cricket, Sasol Rally, Renault F1 Streets of Sandton & ABSA Currie Cup Rugby to name but a few.

 

Ian Riddick, Sponsorship & Marketing Director

Ian offers over 16 years' experience focused on Marketing, Sports Marketing, Sponsorship, Leadership and Management. He has been responsible for ensuring that both the right holders and commercial sponsors/partners realised the maximum commercial returns from the various national, continental and international matches, tournaments and events. His hands on approach from strategy to implementation, means that he has developed an exceptional understanding of what it takes to ensure a successful campaign. In his role as Sponsorship Director of 26DS, Ian intends to use his foremost knowledge on the global value, rights and trends in sports media and marketing to strategise and structure highly successful commercial ventures for corporates and rights holders domestically and internationally.

 

Bryan Carlson, Sales Director

Bryan has spent the last 30 years in the sales industry in different types of media communication and event driven businesses. With regards to implementation of activations of big sports events such soccer he was a intergral part of the team to ensure stadiums and related functions were carried out to the standards set by FIFA for 2010 World Cup in South Africa. He has been involved in other events such as the IPL cricket in South Africa along with numerous events such as Rugby activation events to name a few. Countries where he has played a constructive role in developing sales strategies and the execution include: South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Zambia, Ethiopia, Mauritius, DRC, Uganda.

 

Peter Knox, Operational Director

Peter has spent the last 5 years at Twenty Six Degrees South Managing all operational aspects of Major sporting and corporate events ranging from domestic football, football world cup 2010, domestic cricket, cricket 20/20 world cup, IPL in South Africa, Rugby, Pro cycle tour SA and National Rally’s, he his highly motivated, energetic and with his hands on approach he has the commitment and knowledge of what it takes to ensure a successful campaign.
